In an emergency, families, friends or colleges in the United States should contact the BCA central office. During office hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time), the number is 717-361-6600 or toll free 866-222-6188. After hours, calls will be automatically transferred to the Elizabethtown College Security Office, who will contact the appropriate BCA staff person. Students and participants at BCA study centers abroad should contact on-site BCA staff.
